**About the position:** A professional to work in the commercial area, focusing on **analysis of tender documents, bidding processes, and development of new business opportunities**. This professional will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support for demands related to public tenders and procurement notices, as well as monitoring and managing active contracts, ensuring alignment among involved departments and delivery quality. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in the commercial area, with focus on negotiation, customer service, and proposal development. * Knowledge of bidding processes will be considered a plus. * Basic understanding of project management and cost analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Experience with the Mega system will be a plus. Responsibilities: * Analyze tender documents, terms of reference, and technical specifications, preparing strategic briefings to support decision-making regarding participation in bidding processes. * Develop and structure technical and commercial proposals for bidding processes, quotations, and projects—particularly in the field of energy efficiency. * Submit and track proposals via electronic portals, systems, and other official channels. * Prospect new clients and business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio. * Support management and internal teams by providing up-to-date information on contracts, projects, and services. * Prepare and monitor managerial reports on ongoing proposals and commercial results. * Ensure alignment between commercial and operational departments, contributing to efficient project execution.
