We are looking for an HR Generalist Analyst focused on Recruitment & Selection (R&S) and Training & Development (T&D), with a dynamic, organized profile, oriented toward people development and strengthening organizational culture. Key responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; * Align candidate profiles with managers; * Publish job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews; * Support onboarding and integration of new employees; * Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership; * Plan, organize, and monitor internal training programs; * Support initiatives related to development, engagement, and organizational climate; * Monitor HR metrics and prepare departmental reports; * Provide support for generalist HR requests. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and sense of priority; * Familiarity with recruitment tools and Microsoft Office suite.
