Job Responsibilities: - Map and optimize processes; - Identify and formalize improvement opportunities to reduce workflow and process costs; - Maintain updated standard time data (hourly production targets); - Analyze whether existing operations align with those defined in the production order; - Critically analyze operators’ ergonomic conditions regardless of departmental operation; - Encourage employees to participate and suggest continuous improvement opportunities and preventive actions; - Collaborate with the PCP department in daily production activity scheduling; - Interface with Engineering, Quality, Processes, and Maintenance departments to report needs—including continuous improvement actions—and formalize such actions whenever possible. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering. Advanced Excel; Power BI tools; Training in process-related fields; Integration; Environmental Aspects and Impacts.
