This activity is essential for building a robust sales pipeline focused on high-value opportunities. **Product Presentation and Sales**: Demonstrate and present Baitz’s products in a way that highlights their benefits and value to the customer, addressing questions and objections with technical and commercial expertise. The objective is to align the company’s solutions with the customer’s specific pain points and needs, thereby closing new sales. **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead price, timeline, and payment term negotiations; prepare commercial proposals and contracts to formalize agreements. This responsibility is critical to ensuring deal closure and achieving revenue targets. **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain control over the sales pipeline by recording all customer interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure organized and continuous follow-up.
