The professional will be responsible for building MVP-oriented solutions, integrations, and automations using generative AI tools and Vibe Coding to accelerate delivery, support the company’s technological evolution, and transform business needs into functional, agile, and scalable solutions. * Develop applications, automations, and integrations using modern AI-assisted development tools. * Collaborate closely with business units to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities—transforming needs into agile and scalable technological solutions. * Use tools such as Claude, Cursor, Gemini, Copilot, and similar assistants to support development and productivity. * Build MVPs and solutions focused on rapid delivery and business value generation. * Support initiatives involving applied AI, intelligent agents, and process automation. * Participate in the continuous evolution of frontend and backend applications. * Ensure code quality, documentation, and organization. * Work collaboratively with business units and cross-functional teams. * Support continuous improvement and optimization of technological processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Knowledge of programming logic, data structures, and software development. * Familiarity with generative AI tools and AI-assisted development. * Proficiency in at least **one** modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript). * Experience or interest in full-stack development, APIs, and integrations. * A mindset oriented toward continuous learning and technological experimentation. * Academic or practical experience in automation, AI, or web development is desirable. * Genuine interest in understanding business processes and transforming operational challenges into technological solutions. * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Flash Card (R$33.40/day) Transportation Allowance Day Off Total Pass We acquire land, develop products, obtain approvals, construct, and sell through an integrated sales operation.
