Job Summary: We are seeking a quality guardian to lead the trust strategy for non-deterministic Generative AI systems and autonomous agents at a B2B startup. Key Highlights: 1. Founded in 2024, it already boasts a robust backlog and real-world challenges around scale, integration, and delivery. We are helping build the Generative AI adoption layer, and now seeking its first quality guardian. At our client, you won’t just "run tests"—you’ll design the trust strategy for non\-deterministic systems and autonomous agents. **The Challenge:** * Build from Scratch: Create and lead the automation strategy (Web, API, and Chrome Extensions). * Core Tech: Develop E2E and integration frameworks for highly complex products (AI Agents, Workspace, and MeetingMind). * AI Quality: Validate LLM workflows and orchestrations where errors impact major business decisions. * DevOps Mindset: Integrate everything into the CI/CD pipeline with emphasis on performance and scalability. Requirements: * 3\+ years in automation (Web/API). * Coding: Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python. * Tooling: Strong expertise in Playwright or Cypress. * Availability to work in hybrid mode in São Paulo (Avenida Paulista) or Belo Horizonte (Lourdes). **✨Nice-to-Haves:** Experience automating Chrome Extensions, visual testing (Percy/Applitools), and AI-powered QA tools (OpenClaw). **The "Nerd" Profile We Seek:** * Builder Mindset: You prefer building solutions rather than following pre-defined manuals. * Automation Obsession: If it’s repetitive, you turn it into a script. * Technical Curiosity: You want to understand how to test the unpredictable (AI).
