We have an excellent opportunity for an **AI Business Analyst**, who will work at a company operating the largest AI operating system for enterprises in the country. **Responsibilities:** You will work directly with clients to ensure that AI characters deliver concrete results. In practice, this means: * Building and calibrating AI characters: You will create custom AI agents — SDRs for prospecting, closers for conversion, collectors for revenue recovery — tailored to each client’s specific context; * Continuously improving performance: Monitor interactions, identify patterns, and refine AI characters to make them increasingly intelligent and effective; * Acting as the client’s strategic consultant: Guide companies on how to maximize AI value within their processes, translating technical possibilities into tangible business value; * Transforming data into decisions: Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and present results that demonstrate ROI of the solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields; * Practical experience in data analysis and ability to translate numbers into clear recommendations; * Consulting mindset: You know how to listen, diagnose, and confidently propose solutions; * Excellent communication skills — both with technical teams and business executives; * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. **Preferred (not mandatory):** * Experience with technology products, especially AI, automation, or digital solutions; * Familiarity with BI tools, CRM systems, or automation platforms; * Knowledge of prompt engineering or large language models (LLMs). **Additional information:** * Benefits: Meal and food vouchers (Flash Card); Health insurance; Transportation allowance; Career development plan; * Working hours: Monday to Friday — Administrative hours — 100% in-person; * Employment type: CLT — Permanent position; * Workplace location: Near Vila Lobos-Jaguaré metro station.
