Job Summary: Pagaleve is seeking a professional to support, evolve, and expand technical integrations, ensuring stability and collaboration with partners. Key Highlights: 1. Our goal is to provide merchants with a new payment method to increase sales in a simple, straightforward, and agile way — while also offering consumers the opportunity to purchase what they want without committing to high credit card interest rates. **Join the Supply team and grow exponentially with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Integration Support and Evolution** * Support existing integrations with partners, ensuring stability, performance, quality, and availability of technical connections. * Identify and resolve incidents, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within integrated workflows. **Product Expansion on Partner Platforms** * Identify opportunities to evolve and expand Pagaleve products within partner platforms, including new workflows, APIs, features, and technical enhancements. * Support initiatives aimed at increasing product coverage and adoption through integrations. **Technical Monitoring and Validation** * Monitor, test, and validate technical improvements jointly with Product and Engineering teams. * Ensure correct implementation and operational functionality of integrations in production. **Technical and Functional Documentation** * Map, document, and keep up-to-date the technical and functional workflows of integrations. * Document and maintain updated technical and functional integration workflows, ensuring clarity, standardization, and ease of understanding for internal teams and partners. **Technical Support for Partners** * Serve as the primary technical contact for integrating partners. * Assist in resolving questions, technical adjustments, incidents, and improvements related to active integrations. **Cross-Team Collaboration** * Participate in technical meetings with partners and internal departments. * Support requirement gathering, improvement identification, and demand prioritization within the technical roadmap. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We Expect You To Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Key Account, Integration Analyst, Developer, or similar role. * Hands-on experience with technical integrations and partner relationship management. * Practical experience with technical integrations using AWS (DynamoDB and CloudWatch for request analysis and certification). * Understanding of system architecture, authentication, and inter-service communication. * Knowledge of payment products, gateways, acquiring, reconciliation, or financial solutions. **Behavioral Skills** * Strong communication skills to translate technical needs into business-aligned solutions. * Analytical, organized, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Collaborative attitude and strong sense of ownership over technical deliverables. **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior experience in fintechs, payment solutions, or e-commerce. * Experience integrating with large-scale platforms. * Close collaboration with Partnership, Product, and Commercial teams. **Additional Information** * Collaborative and innovative work environment * For your well-being and that of your family, we offer health insurance covering 100% of the employee and 75% of the first dependent * Meal Allowance (Ifood Benefits Card) * Birthday Day Off * Discount coupons for our partner stores * WellHub * Flexible work model: hybrid (1–2 days per week onsite), office located on Avenida Paulista – SP.
