**About the role** We are looking for a **Senior Technical Program Manager** to lead large\-scale, cross\-functional initiatives across a Marketplace ecosystem — including unified account systems, CIAM integrations, and AI capabilities. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to drive execution against Marketplace OKRs within a centralized TPMO structure, managing complex cross\-platform dependencies. **What you will do** * Lead end\-to\-end program management for large, cross\-team Marketplace initiatives; * Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex product and platform programs; * Translate high\-level initiatives into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and ownership; * Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and leadership to align on scope, priorities, and timelines; * Understand system\-level architecture and cross\-platform dependencies to effectively coordinate execution; * Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation strategies; * Manage and prioritize a portfolio/backlog of initiatives aligned with business goals; * Coordinate cross\-functional roadmaps and ensure consistent delivery across teams; * Own key program artifacts (project plans, RACI, status reporting, documentation); * Support and manage TPM/PM contractor capacity across multiple initiatives; * Ensure delivery against Marketplace OKRs (growth, efficiency, and KTLO/run\-operate goals); * Maintain clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization. **Must haves** * **4\+ years of experience** in Program Management roles; * Strong understanding of high\-level system architecture and end\-to\-end system flows; * Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems with a structured, solutions\-oriented approach; * Solid program and project management fundamentals (e.g., **RACI**, **project planning**, **risk management**); * Experience leading cross\-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, and UX teams; * Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast\-paced environment; * Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging TDMs, PMs, Directors, and senior leaders; * Strong Upper\-intermediate or Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal); * Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to define objectives and drive outcomes; * Experience managing dependencies across technical teams and systems; * Proficiency with tools such as **Google Workspace**, **Jira**, and **PPM tools**; * Strong communication and collaboration skills. **Nice to haves** * Experience working on AI\-related initiatives or integrations; * Familiarity with CIAM systems, messaging platforms, or large\-scale identity systems; * Experience working within TPMO or shared services program structures; * Exposure to Marketplace or platform\-based product environments. **Perks and benefits** * **Professional growth:** Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps. * **Competitive compensation:** We match your ever\-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive USD\-based compensation and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities. * **A selection of exciting projects:** Join projects with modern solutions development and top\-tier clients that include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands. * **Flextime:** Tailor your schedule for an optimal work\-life balance, by having the options of working from home and going to the office, whatever makes you the happiest and most productive.
