Job Details Contract Type: * Freelance (PJ) Professional Area: Information Technology / IT Work Modality: Remote Responsibilities and Duties Senior Backend Developer with solid experience in TypeScript and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, responsible for developing, evolving, and maintaining mission-critical business applications in cloud environments. The professional will design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and integrations, ensuring solution quality, security, performance, and availability. We seek someone with strong analytical capability, architectural vision, and experience in modern cloud-based environments. Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend applications using TypeScript. Design, develop, and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices. Implement scalable solutions using Azure platform services. Participate in architectural definitions and technical decisions. Ensure software development best practices, security, and observability. Integrate internal systems with third-party solutions. Conduct code reviews and promote software engineering best practices. Support incident resolution and root cause analysis. Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps, Architecture, and Product teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of the CI/CD pipeline. Requirements and Qualifications Languages and Frameworks: Solid experience with TypeScript. Experience with Node.js. Knowledge of backend frameworks such as NestJS, Express.js, or similar. REST API development. Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integrations. Cloud Azure: Practical experience with Microsoft Azure. Azure Functions. Azure App Services. Azure Storage Account. Azure Service Bus. Azure Key Vault. Azure Monitor / Application Insights. Azure API Management (desirable). Databases: Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar). Data modeling knowledge. SQL query construction and optimization. NoSQL database experience is a plus. DevOps and Quality: Git. Azure DevOps or equivalent tools. CI/CD. Unit and integration testing. Docker knowledge. Architecture and Engineering: Microservices Architecture. Design Patterns. Clean Code. SOLID principles. Observability and monitoring principles. Scalability and high availability concepts. Differentiators: Experience with Kubernetes (AKS).
