The Onboarding Manager will be central to this transformation. You will lead the team responsible for transforming sales into active, successful customers through product adoption. This means managing three distinct coordination tracks: * **Migration Onboarding:** Customers already operating on another system who are migrating to Clinicorp. Requires change management and sensitivity to operational impact. * **Digitalization Onboarding:** Customers without any existing system who are adopting technology for the first time. Requires pedagogical skill, patience, and habit formation. * **ETL (Data Migration):** Extraction, transformation, and loading of historical data from legacy systems. Requires technical rigor, collaboration with Engineering, and management of critical deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Operational Leadership** * Manage three distinct structures and ensure consistent execution across each onboarding track * Define and monitor SLAs per onboarding type (migration vs. digitalization vs. ETL) * Enhance the enablement structure, ensuring continuous development and execution aligned with the playbook **Strategy and Process** * Develop and maintain playbooks for each structure, defining standards and execution rigor * Consolidate and refine playbook efficiency, service models, and outreach approaches * Continuously and measurably reduce Time-to-First-Value (TTFV) * Identify bottlenecks in the activation journey and propose structural improvements * Build an efficient and scalable operation, analyzing how AI adoption can evolve processes **Integration with Sales and Customer Success** Ensure a frictionless commercial handoff to onboarding, with aligned context and expectations * Participate in designing and evolving baton-passing rules * Act as guardian of post-sales customer experience quality * Ensure the customer transition to Customer Success maximizes expansion and cross-sell potential **Data and Performance Management** * Define and track key metrics: start, finish, engagement, onboarding CSAT, churn, capacity, etc. * Build and evolve visibility into the onboarding funnel in HubSpot and dashboards **Engineering Interface** * Coordinate data migration team requests with Engineering, ensuring prioritization and predictability * Participate in the improvement cycle of tools and automations impacting onboarding **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience leading Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, or implementation operations in SMB SaaS companies * Proven track record of team leadership (leadership of leaders is a plus) * Ability to operate at high volume with scalable processes * Analytical mindset: you make decisions based on data, not intuition * Solid knowledge of CRM (HubSpot preferred) and project management tools #### **Competitive Advantages** * Experience with data migration operations in a SaaS context * Experience in SMB SaaS — high-volume sales and short sales cycles * Familiarity with methodologies such as Jobs-to-be-Done, Customer Journey Mapping, or JTBD applied to onboarding **Additional Information** What benefits will I receive as a Clinicorper under CLT?
