Job Summary: Professional responsible for electrical repairs and installations, energy mapping, inspections, monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimization of costs and customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Internal electrical repairs and installations 2. Reliable energy mapping and measurement 3. Identification of improvements and reduction of energy costs Carry out necessary internal repairs or installations on electrical networks; Map and ensure reliable electricity metering across all operations in the mall; Conduct on-site assessments to identify improvements at electricity supply points for events, kiosks, media installations, etc.; Inspect execution of routine facilities team tasks that directly impact customer experience (lighting, restrooms, etc.); Monitor monthly quality inspection KPIs related to electricity and air conditioning; Verify and organize mandatory documentation associated with the electrical and air conditioning systems; Assist in controlling material requisitions and receipts in coordination with the procurement and warehouse departments; Inspect low-voltage power and lighting panels in compliance with NR-10 regulations; Propose creative ideas for continuous improvement and opportunities to reduce energy costs and enhance customer experience; Daily monitoring of KPIs for electricity consumption and water consumption of the air conditioning system.
