Learn more about the characteristics of this position below—and good luck! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily and preventive campus rounds to assess cleaning, building maintenance, and landscaping conditions, and direct non-conformities to the respective teams for resolution; * Review service requests and attend to internal customers according to priority; * Plan and control maintenance activities; * Manage and distribute maintenance tasks to the maintenance team; * Analyze maintenance issues on-site and plan corrective actions jointly with in-house staff and/or suppliers; * Develop maintenance scopes, request quotations, and plan execution together with suppliers; * Monitor on-site maintenance across various areas (electrical, plumbing, civil, air conditioning) and minor construction works; * Evaluate and validate the quality of cleaning, landscaping, building maintenance, and minor construction works; * Lead a team of approximately five people; * Understand internal customer needs to deliver diverse services and support events; * Inventory spare parts and materials required to meet maintenance needs; * Monitor maintenance activities during employee vacations; * Availability to work on Saturdays when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proactive; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Flexible, planner, and executor; * Organized. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * 100% subsidized meals for employees at the workplace, including breakfast and lunch * Dental Assistance * Meal Voucher * Profit Sharing (PLR): percentage defined in the collective labor agreement (annual single payment) * SESC: free membership extended to dependents (spouse and children) * TotalPass, with possibility of including up to three dependents * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher: optional, with a 6% deduction from the nominal salary (in accordance with Law No. 7,619) * Christmas Gift Card worth R$ 250.00 * C4Life: free assistance covering emotional, legal, financial, social, and pet-related support * Wellz by Wellhub: Up to 12 online therapy sessions per year at no cost
