As an intern, you will support operational and strategic activities within the department, contributing both to departmental needs and your professional development aligned with your academic program. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Accompany employees and contractors on-site, performing service inspections (foundations, structural work, masonry, smooth plaster, painting, etc.) and reviewing architectural, hydraulic, electrical, and air conditioning projects to support correct field implementation. * Support technical inspections by evaluating completed work to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. * Organize materials and teams, assisting with documentation such as attendance lists, completion of Service Verification Forms (SVFs), field readings, and quantity surveys to monitor site workflow. * Contribute to the department by developing projects, preparing reports and technical drawings, proposing corrections, and preparing budgets as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Architecture, preferably in the 3rd or 4th year; Residing in Franca is a plus.
