Use of technology and artificial intelligence in daily legal operations We are looking for a professional to serve as Legal Controller at our Salvador unit, responsible for structuring, monitoring, and optimizing the office's internal processes, ensuring operational efficiency, standardization, and delivery quality. This is a strategic position involving strong interaction with legal teams, supporting leadership with data, metrics, and continuous improvements. **Main Responsibilities:** Structure and standardize internal processes Map and optimize legal workflow processes Monitor deadlines and ensure operational compliance Implement and manage automation tools Monitor the office's operational performance, ensuring deadline adherence and delivery quality Prepare strategic reports to support management Create and review internal manuals, policies, and procedures Continuously improve processes and outcomes **Candidate Profile:** Bachelor's degree in Law.
