




Job Summary: Psychology professional to conduct behavioral intervention, applying ABA techniques and supporting the development of individuals with ASD. Key Highlights: 1. NO EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE IS REQUIRED. Accurately implement ABA programs and techniques as planned and directed by the supervisor; Collect data on patient performance and report it to the supervisor; Accurately complete scheduling and data collection systems; Implement positive reinforcement strategies and other behavioral techniques as directed by the supervisor; Support the development of patients' social, motor, cognitive, and communication skills; Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve intervention practices; Process data as directed by the Supervisor; Attend supervision sessions, clinical appointments, and scheduled intervention activities regularly and punctually. Empathy, patience, and sensitivity when working with individuals with ASD; reliability; strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills (Brazilian Sign Language is not required); excellent rapport with individuals aged 5 to 18 years; teamwork to align with supervisors and other professionals in the field; ability to collaborate; creativity in approach; emotional regulation; ethics and professionalism.
