ABA Therapist - Psychologist

Job Summary: Psychologist to implement ABA techniques, collect data, execute behavioral strategies, support skill development, and participate in training sessions, with emphasis on empathy and teamwork. Teamwork and creativity in intervention approach Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. Accurately implement ABA programs and techniques as planned and directed by the supervisor; Collect performance data on patients and report it to the supervisor; Accurately complete scheduling and data collection systems; Implement positive reinforcement strategies and other behavioral techniques as directed by the supervisor; Support the development of patients' social, motor, cognitive, and communication skills; Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve intervention practices; Process data as instructed by the Supervisor; Attend supervision sessions, clinical appointments, and behavior intervention activities regularly and punctually. Empathy, patience, and sensitivity when working with individuals with ASD; regular attendance; strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills (Brazilian Sign Language is not required); excellent rapport with individuals aged 5 to 18 years; teamwork for alignment with supervisors and other professionals in the field; ability to collaborate; creativity in intervention approach; emotional regulation; ethics and professionalism.
