Job Summary:
Psychology professional to implement ABA, collect data, and apply behavioral techniques, focusing on developing skills for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology.
Accurately implement ABA programs and techniques according to the supervisor's plan and guidance; Collect data on patient performance and report it to the supervisor; Accurately complete scheduling and data collection systems; Implement positive reinforcement strategies and other behavioral techniques as directed by the supervisor; Assist in developing patients' social, motor, cognitive, and communication skills; Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance intervention practices; Process data as instructed by the supervisor;
Attend supervision sessions, clinical appointments, and behavior intervention activities consistently and punctually.
Empathy, patience, and sensitivity when working with individuals with ASD; consistency; strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills (Brazilian Sign Language is not required); excellent rapport with individuals aged 5 to 18 years; teamwork for alignment with supervisors and other professionals in the field; ability to collaborate; creativity in intervention approaches; emotional regulation; ethics and professionalism.
