Job Summary: A multifunctional construction professional who performs cleaning, organization, demolition, excavation, preparation of mortars, maintenance, and transportation of materials. Maintenance of equipment and tools **Job Description / Responsibilities:** \- Cleans, organizes, and participates in setting up the construction site; \- Performs demolition, excavation, and soil compaction using hand tools and electric machinery; \- Prepares mortars and/or plaster for any type of construction-related activity; \- Performs first-level maintenance; \- Is responsible for storing and cleaning machinery and tools, and for inspecting equipment conditions, performing minor repairs; \- Carries out vertical or horizontal loading and unloading of materials; \- Assists professionals across all areas and various construction phases; \- Collaborates with teams while maintaining focus on safety and smooth progress of activities; **\- WE OPERATE WITH AN OVERTIME BANK SYSTEM;** **Experience:** \- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a construction helper/laborer; **Benefits:** \- Transportation allowance; \- On-site meals; \- Basic food basket for attendance; \- Group life insurance; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.120,80 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Group life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
