Job Summary: Implement continuous improvements in the ice cream production process to standardize activities, reduce losses, increase efficiency, and ensure excellence of the final product. Apply and ensure Continuous Improvement concepts Implement continuous improvements in the ice cream production process to standardize activities, reduce losses, increase efficiency to ensure excellence of the final product and production process. * Perform duties in accordance with the company's health, safety, environment, and quality standards as defined in its policy; * Develop and implement improvements in ice cream manufacturing processes—from initial processing through to final product packaging—considering sub-steps of production (portioning, material flow, storage, etc.) and ensuring alignment with definitions supported by respective departments; * Assess feasibility of adaptations and improvements to current manufacturing processes, aiming to reduce losses and/or improve quality; * Lead innovation, raw\-material, and packaging projects to introduce new products into the portfolio in line with production standards, ensuring final product compliance; * Coordinate industrial-scale testing at factories to validate new and/or reformulated products within the current production process; * Lead commissioning activities at factories to validate new and/or reformulated products, as well as improvements to the current production process; * Lead material-saving projects; * Identify requirements for industrial-scale implementation of new and/or reformulated products; * Manage technical information, baseline condition standards, and product-specific parameterization; * Provide technical leadership to the Engineering department in developing new processes, equipment, and facilities; * Support other departments with technical information; * Train personnel on new operational procedures related to implementing new innovation and/or product technology projects in production; * Apply, support, and ensure Continuous Improvement concepts (Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement, 5S, data collection and analysis, etc.), quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
