Basic inventory control of supplies Bakery seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Queimados (Paraiso). **Responsibilities:** Prepare ingredients, such as washing, cutting, and weighing food items. Assist in producing bread, cakes, savory snacks, and other bakery products. Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including utensils and equipment. Support product assembly and finalization. Perform basic inventory control of supplies and raw materials. Follow hygiene, food handling, and food safety regulations. Support the kitchen team with general tasks as needed. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
