Administrative support to the clinical team **Position: Receptionist/Customer Service Representative – SorriBem Dental Clinic** **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp-based patient service with friendliness and professionalism * Schedule, confirm, and organize dental appointments and procedures * Greet patients and guide them regarding appointment times, required documentation, and service flow * Maintain up-to-date patient registration information in the clinic’s system * Assist in organizing the reception area to ensure a welcoming and orderly environment * Provide basic administrative support to the clinical team **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail * Basic computer literacy **Behavioral Competencies:** * Sympathy and empathy in public service * Responsibility and punctuality * Ability to work effectively in a team * Discretion and professional ethics Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$3.020,76 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
