As an **IT Assistant**, you will provide operational support to the team and end users during processes of technological park modernization, updating, and maintenance, as well as all equipment infrastructure—including systems and telecommunications—required to support Granado\-Phebo\-Care’s business operations, thereby contributing to business continuity and organizational results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support infrastructure updates, implementing modernization projects for the system park. * Monitor the availability and performance of the company's technological park according to established standards, minimizing impact on business continuity. * Provide timely and high-quality troubleshooting and issue resolution. * Monitor environment availability and user experience—including servers, notebooks, data collectors, data networks, telephony, storage systems, access, security, and other IT infrastructure resources. * Ensure integrity in managing contracted service levels with telecommunications link providers, field support vendors, and other internal departments. * Record information and assist in preparing qualitative and quantitative performance reports on the company’s infrastructure and network capacity. * Track user tickets and act upon or direct them toward resolution within the shortest possible timeframe. * Perform on-site support for end users and collaborate with the systems team on problem resolution or necessary updates. * Resolve incidents and user tickets, ensuring rapid resolution and appropriate communication with customers. * Escalate complex problems to higher-level team members, documenting diagnostic and investigative activities. * Document infrastructure-related processes and configurations, creating and maintaining a knowledge base for use by the entire team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE** * Knowledge in infrastructure disciplines, including data and voice networks, physical servers, information security, and performance analysis. * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10, 11\) * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Microsoft certification (MCSA). * Introduction to the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). * Information security. * Familiarity with leading market ERPs. * Knowledge of backup routines. * Knowledge of CCTV systems (Analog and IP) Knowledge of support methodologies and best practices, such as ITIL, COBIT, ITSM, PDCA, and others. * **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * An **integrated, cheerful, and positive environment**, where collaboration and good humor are part of daily life. * A **cafeteria** for relaxed, friendly chats with colleagues. * **Health, dental, and life insurance plans**, because caring for you and your family is our priority.
