As an **IT Assistant**, you will provide operational support to the team and users during processes related to the modernization, updating, and maintenance of the technology park, as well as the entire infrastructure of systems and telecommunications equipment required to support the business operations of Granado\-Phebo\-Care, contributing to business continuity and organizational results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support for infrastructure updates, implementing modernization projects for the technology park. * Monitor the company's technology park availability and performance against established standards, acting to minimize impact on business continuity. * Handle user support and problem resolution within expected timeframes and quality standards. * Monitor environment availability and user experience, including servers, laptops, data collectors, data networks and telephony, storage systems, access, security, and other IT infrastructure resources. * Contribute to ensuring integrity in managing service levels contracted with telecommunications link providers, field support providers, and support for other company departments. * Record information and assist in preparing qualitative and quantitative performance reports on the company's infrastructure and network capacity. * Track user tickets and act/direct efforts toward resolution in the shortest possible time. * Provide on-site support to users and to the systems team for problem resolution or necessary updates. * Handle user incidents and tickets, ensuring rapid resolution and appropriate communication to customers. * Escalate more complex problems to higher-level team members, documenting diagnostic and investigative activities. * Document infrastructure item processes and configurations, creating and maintaining a knowledge base for use by the entire team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE** * Knowledge in infrastructure disciplines, such as data and voice networks, physical servers, information security, and performance analysis. * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10, 11\) * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Microsoft certification (MCSA). * Introduction to the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). * Information security. * Knowledge of market-leading ERPs. * Familiarity with backup routines. * Knowledge of CCTV systems (analog and IP).
