Pedagogical and administrative management of work groups **Job Description:** CIEE Rio is seeking dynamic professionals with academic backgrounds related to the requirements listed below and who are interested in working with young apprentices by delivering training sessions for the job market. Temporary Opportunity \- RPA (Autonomous Payment Receipt). Availability required to work on Tuesdays from 08:30 to 17:30. Workload: once per week on Tuesdays; one additional session every fifteen days on mutually agreed dates; total of 6 working days per month. Hourly wage per class. **Schedule:** Tuesday from 08:30 to 17:30 **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the behavioral and technical development of youth aged 14 to 24; planning of training sessions according to the Program's methodology; implementation of group dynamics to develop and/or identify behavioral and technical competencies of classes; responsible for the pedagogical and administrative management of assigned work groups; direct contact with companies for joint monitoring of apprentice development; recording of administrative information via digital documents: Technical Reports, Individual Performance Evaluation Reports, Incident Reports, Competency Assessments per apprentice, attendance registration, and class monitoring; communication with companies via telephone and email; in-person and telephone support for apprentices and companies; monitoring of apprentice absences and tardiness, reporting via email to companies. **Requirements:** Experience in education, classroom management, training and development, performance evaluation, and administrative routines is preferred. Completed undergraduate degree in: Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Work, Administration, History, Geography, Languages, or related fields; easy access to Vassouras.
