Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized early-career professional to support the life cycle of medical-hospital products, with a focus on development and management. Key Highlights: 1. Market analysis and sample tracking We seek an early-career professional who is dynamic and organized to support the entire life cycle of our medical-hospital products. Key Responsibilities: \* Assist in monitoring the development schedule of new products; \* Support interface with foreign suppliers (especially in Asia) for defining technical specifications; \* Support management of Private Label projects; \* Review packaging artwork, instruction manuals, and technical labels; \* Conduct market analyses and track samples; Requirements: \* Completed undergraduate degree in fields related to the role; \* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (essential for technical reading and e\-mail communication with suppliers); \* Excel proficiency (ability to use spreadsheets for tracking deadlines and costs); Familiarity with import processes, prior experience in product or quality areas, and knowledge of ANVISA regulations will be considered advantageous. **All benefits are provided without payroll deductions**: Transportation (RioCard/Já É or Caju Mobilidade for car/motorcycle), On-site meals (breakfast and lunch), and Life Insurance**.** **After the probationary period (90 days)**: Medical Plan (with 30% co-payment per use) and Dental Plan from SulAmérica, extendable to spouse and children up to age 18; Quarterly Bonus (contingent upon goal achievement) via Caju Multi-Benefit Card (usable for physical/online purchases, bill payments, ATM cash withdrawals, and PIX transfers); and Profit Sharing (PLR), also contingent upon goal achievement.
