### **About the Role:**
We are seeking a **Senior PCM Analyst** to strategically support **Planning and Control of Maintenance**, ensuring industrial asset reliability and operational efficiency. This professional will be responsible for structuring and enhancing planning, scheduling, and control processes for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
With strong analytical capability and systemic vision, the Senior PCM Analyst will collaborate closely with **Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement** departments, contributing to resource optimization, reduction of unplanned downtime, and continuous improvement of equipment performance.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and schedule **preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities**, ensuring asset availability and reliability;
* Develop and monitor **maintenance plans**, equipment inspection schedules, and routines;
* Monitor and analyze **maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)**, such as MTBF, MTTR, backlog, availability, and asset reliability;
* Manage and control **work orders**, prioritizing tasks based on criticality and operational impact;
* Support preparation and control of the **maintenance budget (CAPEX and OPEX)**;
* Manage **maintenance materials and spare parts**, ensuring technical inventory availability and control;
* Conduct failure analyses and support **equipment reliability improvement projects**;
* Promote standardization and continuous improvement of **PCM processes**;
* Prepare **management reports and maintenance performance presentations** to support decision-making;
* Ensure correct usage and timely updating of data in the **Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS/ERP)**.
### **Requirements:**
* **Completed undergraduate degree** in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
* **Proven experience in Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM)** within an industrial environment;
* Solid knowledge of **preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management**;
* Experience in **maintenance and asset reliability indicator analysis**;
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)**;
* Experience with **maintenance management systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Totvs, or similar)**;
* Analytical, organized profile with strong planning and priority management skills.
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Postgraduate degree or specialization in **Maintenance Engineering, Reliability, or Asset Management**;
* Knowledge of **Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)**, **TPM**, or **Lean Maintenance** methodologies;
* Experience in **performance indicator management and continuous improvement**;
* Intermediate English proficiency.
