User/participant journey: design and improvement of friction points. **Desired Qualifications:** * Data analysis, SQL, and automation: Advanced Excel (Power Query), Power BI, familiarity with RPA/low-code (Power Automate), and data governance. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Plan and prioritize activities, distribute and delegate tasks, and conduct technical alignment within the team. * Plan area operations, balancing capacity and demand, managing backlogs, and structuring calendars for critical routines and contingencies. * Technically coordinate area projects—including systemic improvements, automations, and integrations—acting as Product Owner (PO) or lead user in requirements gathering, process design, validation, testing, and UAT. * Lead system implementations as end-user area, defining business rules, configurations, test plans, defect management, and post-go-live support. * Map, monitor, and standardize processes, promoting continuous improvement via methodologies such as PDCA, root cause analysis, action plans, and operational risk management. * Represent the area with vendors and internal departments, negotiating deadlines and SLAs, prioritizing requests, conducting technical alignments, and enabling executive communication. * Make autonomous decisions within defined scopes, evaluating impacts on customer processes and participant journeys. * Promote innovation by identifying and implementing automation and process improvement opportunities. * Manage user and participant experience by reviewing journeys, simplifying workflows, and enhancing service communication and delivery timelines. **Be Yourself!** The more people with diverse perspectives and viewpoints we have, the more we evolve. **Everyone must be heard and given equal opportunity to develop here.
