Job Summary: Will support the planning and execution of training, development programs, recruitment and selection, and HR processes. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to onboarding of new employees **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Support the planning and execution of training and development programs; • Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs, capacity-building actions, and organize event logistics; • Participate in the implementation and operationalization of performance evaluations; • Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interview scheduling, feedback); • Maintain updated records and support the preparation of departmental reports and indicators; • Contribute to the onboarding of new employees and integration initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS:** • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields (completed or in progress); • Knowledge of Training & Development (T\&D) and Recruitment & Selection; • Prior experience in these activities. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **BENEFITS:** Chartered transportation, on-site cafeteria, health insurance, dental insurance, and attendance bonus.
