Job Summary: Logistics analyst focused on analyzing and generating performance, cost, and productivity indicators, including report and presentation preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics indicator analysis and generation 2. Operational cost monitoring 3. Report and presentation preparation * Logistics indicators analysis and generation: monitor technical and operational indicators of local CD results; * Service level: prepare presentations with charts showing CD results; * Costs: generate reports and monitor CD operational costs; * Productivity: compile operational team information and forward results to supervision and coordination for analysis and improvement actions; * Account reclassification: perform monthly closing of costs incurred in the area, carrying out reclassifications according to results and guidance from coordination and management via SAP system; * Closing volume: generate SAP reports to track volumes handled in operations; * Spreadsheets, reports, and presentations: performed monthly closing of CD results in Excel and PowerPoint for coordination to analyze results and present to management. Information was obtained via SAP and company management reports.
