Description

Job Summary: Logistics Analyst responsible for monitoring and generating technical and operational indicators, managing costs, and reporting results to continuously improve CD operations. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics indicator analysis and generation for continuous improvement. 2. Operational cost management and account reclassification via SAP. 3. Preparation of reports and result presentations in Excel and PowerPoint. * Logistics indicator analysis and generation: monitor local CD technical and operational performance indicators; * Service level: prepare graphical presentations of CD results; * Costs: generate reports and monitor CD operational costs; * Productivity: compile operational team data and submit results to supervision and coordination for analysis and continuous improvement actions; * Account reclassification: perform monthly closing of area-related costs and execute account reclassifications according to results and guidance from coordination and management via SAP; * Closing volume: generate SAP reports to track volumes handled in operations; * Spreadsheets, reports, and presentations: prepared monthly CD performance closings in Excel and PowerPoint for coordination analysis and presentation to management. Data obtained via SAP and company management reports.
