Monitoring vital signs and the patient's general condition We are seeking a **Nursing Technician** for home-based care, emphasizing humanized care and quality in patient care. \* Patient has ALS, requires mechanical ventilation, is bedridden, and needs suctioning. **Compensation:** R$ 200.00 per day **Work Schedule:** 12 hours on / 36 hours off **Main Responsibilities (Job Description):** * Provide nursing assistance to patients at home, in accordance with medical and nursing prescriptions; * Administer medications; * Monitor vital signs and the patient's general condition; * Assist with patient hygiene, comfort, and mobilization; * Perform wound dressings and other procedures as per technical guidelines; * Document patient progress and any complications in the medical record; * Maintain communication with the multidisciplinary team and family members; * Ensure proper organization and maintenance of materials and equipment used during care. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Nursing program; * Active registration with COREN; * Experience in home-based care is preferred; * Availability to work the 12 hours on / 36 hours off schedule; * Responsibility, empathy, and commitment.
