***Requirements:*** * Technical Nursing Course. * Availability for flexible working hours. ***Responsibilities:*** * Provide nursing care in accordance with institutional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Administer medications and perform other care tasks as prescribed by physicians. * Receive and issue medications as needed. * Measure and record patients' vital signs under their care, paying attention to re-evaluation in cases of abnormalities and/or after interventions. * Notify the nurse and document in the medical record any clinical changes or complications related to the patient. * Document in the patient's medical record all care provided, measurements taken, instructions given, and observed signs, symptoms, and complaints. * Escort discharged patients in wheelchairs or stretchers to the hospital exit. * Assess patients prior to their transfer for examinations or procedures. * Attend monthly meetings conducted by the unit nurse. * Report any incidents or adverse events known to them to the nurse and in the system, following the institutional Incident Notification SOP. * Prepare and transport deceased patients' bodies according to institutional protocols. * Dispose of waste correctly, in compliance with institutional guidelines and routines. * Assist in urgent and emergency procedures and care. ***Working Hours*** * 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM + on-call shifts. * 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM + on-call shifts. * 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12-hour night shift, 36-hour rest cycle).
