Responsibilities and Duties * Define and implement an HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives; * Manage HR subsystems: * Personnel Department; * Recruitment and Selection; * Training and Development; * Performance Evaluation; * Positions, Salaries, and Benefits; * Organizational Climate and Culture; * Act as a strategic partner to senior management; * Ensure compliance with labor, union, and social security legislation; * HR metrics management (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, engagement, etc.); * Lead and develop the HR team; * Lead organizational change processes; * Support DHO initiatives, succession planning, and talent management; * Manage the department’s budget; Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Strategic HR, or related areas (preferred); * Solid experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the sugarcane-energy sector; * Advanced knowledge of: * Labor legislation and union relations; * HR policies and processes; * HR indicators and metrics; * HR management systems (ERP / HCM); * Microsoft Office / analytical tools (intermediate to advanced level); Desirable Qualifications * Salary Range To be determined Employment Type CLT Benefits * Competitive Compensation * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Cafeteria * Chartered Transportation * Pharmacy, university, and club partnerships About the Company Welcome to Delta Sucroenergia!
