Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarms, and other monitoring tools. * Identify risk situations, abnormal behaviors, and operational incidents. * Record and report incidents in our internal system, ensuring information traceability. * Activate internal teams (security, maintenance, operations) according to defined protocols. * Monitor critical events and support real-time decision-making. * Prepare simple incident reports and area performance indicators. * Comply with safety, compliance, and information confidentiality standards. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Computer literacy. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
