Responsibilities and Duties ✅ Prepare and analyze short-, medium-, and long-term financial projections (budget, forecast, and strategic plan); ✅ Develop financial models and **valuation** analyses (DCF, IRR, NPV, multiples, and scenario analysis); ✅ Work in **treasury**, focusing on cash flow, capital structure, and financing needs; ✅ Participate in **structured treasury operations**, including: * Derivatives (NDF, futures, options); * FX, interest rate, and index swaps; ✅ Support **financial risk management**, focusing on FX exposure, hedging strategies, and scenario analysis; ✅ Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement); ✅ Prepare management reports, financial KPIs, and presentations for leadership; ✅ Collaborate closely with accounting, controllership, and other finance areas. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; Strong knowledge of **accounting and financial statements**; Experience in **financial planning, treasury, and valuation**; Knowledge of **derivatives, swaps, and foreign exchange risk management**; Advanced Excel skills and solid expertise in financial modeling; Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. Desirable Qualifications ➕ Experience in long-term financial planning; ➕ Experience in environments with foreign exchange exposure; ➕ Postgraduate degree or certifications in Finance, Treasury, or Valuation.
