Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices A medium-to-large-sized industrial company is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations, lead teams, and monitor performance indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Manage production teams by setting goals, allocating resources, and tracking results. * Plan, organize, and supervise productive activities to ensure quality, cost control, and deadlines. * Monitor productivity and operational performance indicators. * Analyze production and quality reports, identify deviations, and propose continuous improvements. * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and safety best practices. * Collaborate closely with other departments across the company. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in industrial production management. * Experience leading teams and managing results. * Knowledge of production processes, key performance indicators, and continuous improvement. * A completed bachelor's degree will be considered a plus. **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Arapongas – PR. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, during business hours.
