Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective building maintenance at INSS agencies, following a predefined route to ensure facility functionality. Ensuring safety and preservation of facilities **Job Description:** The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective building maintenance services at INSS agencies located in the Central-East region of Mato Grosso. They will operate along a predefined route, ensuring full facility functionality and proper handling of structural demands from units. **Responsibilities:** Perform general building maintenance (basic electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, various repairs). Conduct preventive inspections at units, identifying repair needs. Respond to corrective service requests as needed. Record completed activities and report requirements for additional materials or services. Ensure facility safety, preservation, and functionality. Follow the established service route. **Work Location (Route):** Barra do Garças – Fixed Hub Alto Araguaia Rondonópolis Poxoréu Paranatinga Primavera do Leste Água Boa Nova Xavantina Confresa São Félix do Araguaia **Requirements:** Prior experience in building maintenance. Valid driver's license (preferably Category B). **Working Hours:** 07:12 \- 12:00 / 13:00 \- 17:00 MON-FRI **BENEFITS:** VA R$ 23.00/day \+ 30% hazard pay \+ Gympass \+ Education platform **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
