Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective building maintenance services, following a predefined route to ensure full functionality of the facilities. Ensuring safety and proper operation of facilities **Job Description:** The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective building maintenance services at INSS agencies located in the Central-East region of Mato Grosso. The role involves following a predefined route to guarantee full facility functionality and adequate response to structural demands of the units. **Responsibilities:** Perform general building maintenance (basic electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, various repairs). Conduct preventive inspections at units to identify repair needs. Respond to corrective service calls as required. Record completed activities and report requirements for additional materials or services. Ensure safety, preservation, and proper operation of facilities. Follow the established service route. **Work Location (Route):** Barra do Garças – Fixed Hub Alto Araguaia Rondonópolis Poxoréu Paranatinga Primavera do Leste Água Boa Nova Xavantina Confresa São Félix do Araguaia **Requirements:** Prior experience in building maintenance. Valid driver's license (preferably Category B). **Working Hours:** 07:12 – 12:00 / 13:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday **BENEFITS:** Meal Allowance R$ 23.00/day + 30% hazard pay + Gympass + Education Platform **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
