Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective building maintenance services along a predefined route to ensure full functionality of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring safety and proper operation of facilities **Job Description:** The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective building maintenance services at INSS agencies located in the Central-East region of Mato Grosso. They will follow a predefined route to guarantee full facility functionality and adequate response to structural demands of the units. **Responsibilities:** Perform general building maintenance (basic electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, and various repairs). Conduct preventive inspections at units to identify repair needs. Respond to corrective service calls as required. Record completed activities and report requirements for additional materials or services. Ensure safety, preservation, and proper operation of facilities. Follow the established service route. **Work Location (Route):** Barra do Garças – Fixed Hub Alto Araguaia Rondonópolis Poxoréu Paranatinga Primavera do Leste Água Boa Nova Xavantina Confresa São Félix do Araguaia **Requirements:** Prior experience in building maintenance. Valid driver's license (preferably Category B). **Working Hours:** 07:12 \- 12:00 / 13:00 \- 17:00, Monday to Friday **BENEFITS:** VA R$ 23.00/day \+ 30% hazard pay \+ Gympass \+ Education platform **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
