Job Summary: The L8 Group seeks an Engineer to serve as the technical contract manager, coordinate teams, ensure compliance, and act as the technical interface with oversight authorities. It continues growing with each project deployed across Brazil and seeks creative individuals passionate about technology who wish to drive improvements, think strategically, and build a solid career. **Responsibilities and Duties** Duties: Serve as the technical representative for the contract before the TJTO (Court of Justice of Tocantins) and CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy); Issue ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation); Approve site inspections and executive projects; Coordinate regional supervisors/inspectors; Act as the technical interface with the client's oversight team; Approve Provisional and Final Acceptance Certificates (TRP/TRD) per location; Ensure alignment of technical actions and processes with industry best practices; Ensure compliance with the Terms of Reference, schedule, and service levels (IMR). **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree — Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering, with active CREA registration (CREA-TO verified) and ability to issue execution ART. Technical Competencies: IP and PoE networks, optical fiber, VMS (HikCentral Professional), access control systems, monitored alarm systems, GPON/WAN/VPN; Reading and validation of executive project documentation; Commissioning; Management of technical teams; Public contract management processes; Contractor management processes.
