We are seeking a Senior Support Technician with solid computer networking knowledge, hands-on experience in end-user technical support, and enthusiasm to collaborate and join our team! **Benefits available to you**: * Exclusive access to official Microsoft training and training from other major industry players. * A structured career development plan, offering professional growth and personal development opportunities. * Recognition through gifts and presents on commemorative occasions. **Requirements**: * Advanced knowledge of computer networks, including protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network services. * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Technology Support Technician or in a similar role. * Proficiency in Windows operating systems, with capability to perform support, maintenance, and configuration. * Microsoft and other vendor certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. **Your main responsibilities**: * Identify and classify issues reported by users. * Create and update support tickets with details about problems and applied solutions. * Respond to user calls, e\-mails, and chats requiring assistance. * Resolve issues related to passwords, software configurations, connectivity problems, and others. * Provide general guidance and instructions on using systems and applications. * Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues. * Document technical processes and procedures. **Working hours and salary**: 44-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, plus Saturday shifts from 09:00 to 13:00, according to department-defined rotation. * **Total remuneration:** approximately **R$ 2\.780,32** * **Base salary:** R$ 2\.234,14 * **Meal allowance:** R$ 550,18 (based on 22 working days) Join a team that values your talent and encourages both professional and personal growth!
