We are looking for an Engineer (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation and Control) specialized in project management for physical and electronic security systems and video surveillance. Candidates must have experience managing projects involving CCTV solutions, access control, telecommunications networks, infrastructure, technical team management, and mastery of project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, and Agile methodologies). Candidates must be capable of reading, interpreting, and critically analyzing contracts, tender documents, and technical-commercial proposals. Candidates must master demand management, risk management, time management, performance indicators, and possess strong communication skills with public agencies and private companies. Candidates must possess knowledge of financial mathematics as well as financial management methodologies applied to infrastructure project management. Candidates must possess knowledge of service contract performance indicators and financial management methodologies applied to infrastructure project management. **Responsibilities and Duties** Daily activities to be performed: 1 - Responsible for planning, controlling, and documenting project execution; 2 - Responsible for leading and maintaining the project, ensuring deadlines are met, assigning tasks to team members, and following up; 3 - Detail deliverables and allocate appropriate resources for the project; 4 - Monitor project indicators, define critical path, analyze results, and implement necessary corrections to ensure proper technical-financial implementation of the project; 5 - Conduct kick-off meetings with internal company departments, handover sessions, and follow-ups; hold meetings with external clients to gather necessary information for project planning, execution, and billing under their responsibility; 6 - Notify when acquisition and/or implementation of new technologies/resources for the project is required; 7 - Prepare managerial documentation (reports, WBS, scope details, and schedules) in the project management system and keep them updated; 8 - Manage conflicts among teams to ensure optimal performance throughout the project; 9 - Manage field activity execution and field teams to guarantee proper implementation of proposed solutions in projects; 10 - Communicate decisions and outcomes achieved at various project stages to clients and stakeholders; **Requirements and Qualifications** 1 - Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, and/or Automation and Control Engineering; 2 - Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, Agile methodologies) and other project management frameworks; 3 - Knowledge of team management, demand management, and financial management methodologies applied to projects; 4 - Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, physical infrastructure, and networks (including knowledge of communication infrastructure between servers and peripherals); 5 - Minimum 5 years of direct experience in video surveillance and/or infrastructure project management; 6 - PMP certification or other PMI-related certifications; **Additional Information** Contract type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Working hours: Business hours We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
