Vacancy available for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Junior Support Analyst SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Provide specialized technical support for alarm control panels and CCTV systems, resolving complex issues, identifying faults, and implementing effective solutions. Responding to service tickets and resolving technical issues; Scheduling and managing field service demands; Basic configuration and maintenance of CCTV and alarm control systems; Logging and tracking service tickets in the internal system. Collaborating within a team, working alongside other technical support staff, managers, installers, technicians, and vendors.
