Main Responsibilities We are looking for an HR Analyst to handle the full Recruitment & Selection cycle: from the first candidate outreach to successful integration, productivity, and warm welcome of the new hire. * Proactive sourcing from resume databases, platforms, and niche communities. * Outbound outreach via LinkedIn, groups, social networks, and referrals. * Initial screening via message/phone/call, focusing on cultural fit and technical requirements. * Scheduling and coordination of interviews with internal managers. * Ongoing follow-up with candidates throughout the entire process. * SLA tracking and monitoring per vacancy. * Detailed ATS data entry and maintenance. * Preparation of biweekly/monthly reports covering volume, conversion rates, and bottlenecks. * Support for Employer Branding initiatives. * Operational onboarding management: documentation, system access, scheduling, and checklists. * Onboarding support during the new hire’s first weeks, ensuring a smooth and positive entry experience. * Active support to managers during the integration period.
