Job Summary: Project Manager and PMO for SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality, with a focus on governance and stakeholder management. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. 2. Facilitation of meetings with business, IT, and consulting stakeholders. 3. Ensuring adherence to best practices of the SAP Activate methodology. An information technology services company is seeking a Project Manager in São Gonçalo. **Responsibilities:** Act as Project Manager and PMO for SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality. Structure, monitor, and update project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Support definition and monitoring of project governance, rituals, status reports, and steering committees. Facilitate meetings with business, IT, and partner consulting stakeholders, ensuring alignment across workstreams. Monitor and report project performance indicators, proposing action plans to mitigate risks and resolve issues. Support demand management, scope changes, and activity prioritization. Ensure adherence to best practices of the SAP Activate methodology throughout all project phases. Produce and organize project documentation, including meeting minutes, plans, reports, and executive presentations. Previous experience as Project Coordinator, Project Leader, Project Manager, or Project Supervisor may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
