Support automation and technological innovation projects The hotel is seeking an IT Technology Manager in São Gonçalo. **Responsibilities:** Ensure the proper operation of the resort's IT infrastructure (networks, servers, internet, and internal systems). Manage technical support for employees and guests. Manage technology vendor contracts and service deliveries. Implement backup, security, and system update procedures. Support automation and technological innovation projects. Position based in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous experience as Technology Director, IT Coordinator, Systems Manager, or IT Project Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
