Manage technology vendor contracts and service requests Hotel seeks an IT Manager in Guapimirim. **Responsibilities:** Ensure the proper operation of the resort's IT infrastructure (networks, servers, internet, and internal systems). Manage technical support for employees and guests. Manage technology vendor contracts and service requests. Implement backup, security, and system update procedures. Support automation and technological innovation projects. Position based in Teresópolis / RJ. Previous experience as Technology Director, IT Coordinator, Systems Manager, or IT Project Leader may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
