




Job Summary: Dynamic Sales Associate for retail store, focused on customer service, product promotion, inventory organization, and sales management to foster customer loyalty and achieve targets. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and loyalty with a focus on sales and after-sales. 2. Individual sales management and daily goal tracking. 3. Store visual organization and inventory maintenance. · Sell the right product to the right customer at the right time, using appropriate promotional materials; · Promote store products by highlighting benefits differentiating them from competitors; · Provide services to customers, guiding them during sales and assisting them with after-sales; · Organize products in inventory; · Attend monthly, weekly meetings and training sessions conducted by the store manager/franchisee, franchisor or consultant. · Open/close the store at times stipulated by the company; · Deliver in-store service ensuring quality and adherence to LGE standards, aiming to retain customers and generate sales, while correctly applying the “INDEVA Turn List” practice. · Complete sales transactions via the cash register system. · Manage individual sales results (Target, TM, PA, TC, PM, and product-line indices) daily and strive to improve them. · Monitor daily INDEVA indices and targets. · Maintain personal customer portfolio, conduct after-sales follow-up, promote campaigns, promotions, and new collection launches under the store manager’s supervision. · Study and implement all current in-store promotional activities to maximize sales. · Keep sales sections attractive by restocking, pricing, tagging, organizing, and applying VM techniques. · Conduct sales according to payment terms and conditions established by management; · Verify products against received invoices; · Enter invoices into the system upon request by the manager; · Open shipping packages and inspect goods; · Label merchandise; · Inform customers about product delivery in case of online sales; · Notify customers about promotions; · Arrange merchandise in inventory; · Sort merchandise for inventory counts; Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1.700,00 – R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed High School (Mandatory) Experience: * Sales experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
