




Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for managing Microsoft 365 systems, configuring networks and devices, and resolving hardware and software issues. Key Highlights: 1. Printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 support; Outlook SMTP/IMAP configuration support on computers and mobile devices; OneDrive installation and configuration; Wi-Fi configuration; Email; Email account management: account setup, password reset, group and distribution list configuration; Backup; Local backup configuration; Online backup configuration; Printer/Scanner; Printer installation (remote or on-site); Workstation printing issue verification (remote or on-site); Scanner software installation (remote or on-site); Network printer configuration (wired and Wi-Fi); Software repair/update (remote or on-site); Network infrastructure; Switch support; Access Point support; Wi-Fi network configuration (SSID creation, password setup, and security password change).
