




Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and delivering operational, tactical, and strategic corporate training programs, creating supporting materials, and documenting processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support the development and delivery of corporate training programs. 2. Create supporting materials, such as manuals, handbooks, and videos. 3. Document existing processes and suggest improvements. **Responsibilities:** \- Support the development of the corporate training plan; \- Develop and deliver operational, tactical, and strategic training programs—either remotely or in person, based on demand; \- Create supporting materials, such as manuals, handbooks, and videos; \- Configure and publish training videos on the learning platform; \- Provide Level 1 support and document departmental processes within the Process Management unit; \- Document existing processes and propose improvements based on insights gathered during training sessions. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. \- Proven experience delivering corporate training programs; \- Organized individual with strong communication skills. \- Experience working in companies using Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) is considered a plus. Availability to work 100% on-site in Magé.
